History of Covered Bridge Furniture
Covered Bridge Furniture is a small brick-and-mortar retail furniture store based in Mankato, MN. In business since 2016, we sell Amish-crafted furniture, both hardwood indoor furniture and poly outdoor furniture. We have several employees; the founder and owner of Covered Bridge is involved full-time in the business. As Christian people, we believe Christian principles should dictate how we run our business.

Church and Family
You may have noticed we have no Sunday or evening hours. Sunday is our day of rest to honor the Lord. We also all have families, and spending evenings with them is important to us. We know, however, that your schedule is busy too, so if you find it hard to connect with us during our Monday-Saturday hours, we are happy to schedule an occasional evening appointment to accommodate your schedule.
Honesty
If we say we will do something, we will, and we will try to do it on time. Instead of slick, pushy salesmanship, we sell quality products and try to honestly answer any questions you may have about them without over-presentation.
Customer service
We do our best to treat our customers as we would wish to be treated. If we don’t know, we try to get you an answer quickly. If we somehow do not meet your expectations or make a mistake, we make it right.
Promptness
We try to answer the phone directly, and we return missed calls, emails, and texts as quickly as possible.
Experience
Every product we sell online has been sold first in our brick-and-mortar retail store. We have a deep knowledge of our products and a good working relationship with the Amish vendors who craft them. We have curated some of the top-selling products that our customers already know and love and are offering them to you online.
