Assembled Shipping
- Flat rate of $250 per order
- Shipped blanket-wrapped via pickup and enclosed trailer
- Delivered curbside to your property
- In-stock items will arrive within 2-3 weeks of ordering
White-Glove Assembled Shipping
- Flat rate of $350 per order
- Same shipping method and time frame as regular Assembled Shipping
- Product will be fully assembled and carried to your deck or patio
Returns
All in-stock items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund without restocking fees. Custom-ordered pieces are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Items must be undamaged and in the original packaging.
If the item was shipped to you in a box, it must be returned unassembled in the original packaging, complete with hardware and instructions. The arrival condition of the return will be the customer’s responsibility.
Unless the return is due to defective or damaged merchandise, all shipping and return shipping costs are nonrefundable and will be deducted from your final refund.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise. All refunds will be issued by check. Partial refunds will be issued at our discretion if parts or pieces are missing and damaged.
